Summer practices (mostly run by upperclassmen) will begin at the end of June, but athletes should do workouts on their own starting on June 18. Coaches will check-in and attend practices periodically throughout the summer.
M= modified or beginner. Depending on experience and level of fitness, athletes should abide by the workout plans below. The more closely you follow the plan this summer, the more success you’ll experience in the fall. Follow the plan, trust the process!
The above schedule is TENTATIVE. There will most likely be some changes between now and September, but mark your calendars and make sure you’re available on the above dates. There are 6 invitational meets listed but we will only compete at 4-5.
